The Penthouse footprint was in shell form only and the refurbishment works involved the high specification fit out of the 4th and newly formed 5th floors. The showpiece of the refurbishment was the creation of the tunnelled light well with the bespoke spiral Corian wrapped staircase and polished plaster walls rising towards the rooflight.
