Peta is the founder and driving force behind PT Projects. Prior to forming PT Projects in 2002, Peta started work as an office junior at Boyden & Company under the stewardship of Colin Hayward. In 1995 she became chartered and went on to become an Associate Partner in 1988.

Highly regarded and experienced within the industry, Peta specialises in Museum, Exhibition and hospitality projects as well as quirky, unusual and complex schemes. She also has considerable experience of working overseas in the US, Europe, Middle and Far East.

Colin has over 50 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Cost consultant within the building industry covering many sectors.

Following qualification as a member of RICS in 1971 Colin worked for Boyden & Co (Equity Partner 1980-2004) then joined KMCS (London)as a Partner in 2004. Since November 2012 Colin has been a Director with the newly merged practice of KMCS and PT Projects Ltd. Colin lectures at Westminster & Greenwich Universities; the Bartlett School of Architecture (UCL) and RIBA.

Nick has a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying form the University of Westminster and a Diploma in Construction from Herts Centre for Building Studies.

Following 16 years at Boyden & Co he joined PT Projects as a QS in 2006. Since 2011 Nick has been a Director at PT Projects. His project experience is diverse and covers the majority of sectors covered by PT Projects, he also brings his humour and energy to all projects that he is involved with.
