Restoration and extension of a Grade II listed Georgian house on ground to second floor, creating a delightful new home. The scale of rooms in a building from this period presented a considerable challenge to site organisation and the programme of work.

A complex construction process to provide a new double height basement structure behind a retained facade was further complicated by the discovery of a Roman burial ground within the confines of the site.
