The project involved the complete overhaul and refurbishment of the existing place to create informal dining at ground floor, a more formal dining area and atrium space at first floor, with the kitchen installed at second floor. Works included the installation of two dumb waiters, a bar and deli at ground floor and a drinks bar at first floor.
PT Projects were responsible for the cost management of the scheme and the management of design consultants and main contractor during an 11 week refurbishment period.
The restaurant was delivered and opened on budget and as programmed in July 2015.
Delivered on time and on budget in a Central London location, overcoming access restrictions.
