The Milanese office of an international law firm based in London and with branches in all continents is well known for its leading experience in Finance, Projects (Energy & Infrastructure) and Capital Markets. The Ashurst Italian team has acted as lead legal advisor in some of the most complex and innovative deals in Italy and around the world.
The project formed part of the renovation of an early 1950’s building close to Piazza della Scala and features interiors’ with dynamic lines, bright colours and transparent planes which contrasts with the darkish carpet, the black lined corridors’ ceilings and the tribal art sculptures that decorate most of the office space.
PT Projects provided Cost Planning, Procurement & Post Contract Services for this project which was delivered on time and on budget.
Our involvement enabled the negotiation of the construction contract and costs on a negotiated basis with the landlord appointed construction team which meant that the fit out works could be commenced prior to the finish of the building works.
